Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return
My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff was disengaged, unhelpful, and often rude, making interactions uncomfortable. Despite the Hilton website claiming it’s vegan-friendly, there were no real options—just prepackaged meals with no accommodations for dietary needs. Even my friends, who eat everything, found the food inedible. Bars were poorly stocked, often out of tequila, and drinks were mostly sugary and watered down.
The “all-inclusive” claim was misleading—limited room service, no snacks or liquor in rooms, and strict buffet hours. The man-made beach was rocky with obstructed views, and the rooms were noisy with minimal entertainment.
Beyond the hotel, taxis were overpriced ($30 for a 5-minute ride), and locals were generally unfriendly. I’ve visited better islands with nicer beaches and friendlier people—this trip to Curaçao was a letdown, and I won’t be back.
