This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem, checking in to a Marriott facility. I made a reservation through you for three rooms but they split it into three separate reservations and though I had requested the two rooms be adjoining we initially were put on separate floors and they had no understanding that we were together nor did they want me to check in for all three rooms although I am paying for all three rooms. My status at Marriott was ignored and to finally get rooms for two close together since I am a grandma staying with a three-year-old grandson, I needed to check in three different times over a three hour. They seemed understaffed and said they had been slammed during the Christmas holiday, but it was crazy.

The stay here was great! Very close to Busch Gardens which was a huge plus. The only thing that upset me was they say check in is at 4. We arrived at 3 after being on the road for 10 hours. We had reserved 2 rooms and wanted them close to one another. They informed us we had to wait since the rooms were not ready. We then had to wait while they checked in other people and they got their rooms without any issues. After a long drive like that you just want to be able to go to your room and relax. Definitely something management should review when the day starts so all rooms are ready when visitors arrive.
