Smoke detector would not stop beeping in our room. Tried to call down to the front desk and phone wasn’t working so had to go down to the desk and let them know. Front desk clerk then asked me if I’d tried taking the batter out. Sir I’m 5’2 and can’t reach it and it’s not something I’m willing to fix or mess up. He then grumbled and came to the room. Replaced the batter my and it still wouldn’t stop. Had to go back down to the desk, because the phones don’t work and you can’t just call down…………. We then had to pack everything up and move rooms. Started at 9:30 pm. We didn’t get settled into the new room and in bed until 12:30 in the morning. It was a huge inconvenience.

I would not recommend this hotel. The pictures are from a different hotel or possibly 10 years ago.. So many things broken. No ice machine that works. Terrible water pressure. No lighting in the rooms. TV is a pain to get to work. Outlets broken.

The bedroom was clean, was a good size. The hotel is old, looks like stock in time, need improvements. The breakfast was ok. I like that you can do check in and checkout online!

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly, and I got it for a great price just in time before graduation weekend! Pool looked great, plenty of snacks available to purchase, comfortable waiting area. Rooms were beautiful and mine came with a hot tub. I was surprised at what I got for the small price I paid. Can't wait to come back

The room is nice, comfortable, and decorative. The breakfast was empty of cooked food except a serving of eggs, so I dont know what other foods they have. Its nice they have a pool, but it was too cold. The staff was cool. Nice stay.
