First, I arrived to a surprise resort fee that was not easily disclosed on Expedia. This is not a resort, but a motel. The door has no weather sealing and cold air rushed in. Stains on curtains, wall, and carpet. Super thin walls, could hear the entire conversations of others at midnight. The one good thing is location- many restaurants in walking distance and an easy drive to Colonial center of town.

It was the absolute worst. I travel a lot for work and I tend to rely on reviews but this was the biggest mistake. I hate when I book all of my days at once and then it's bad. Save yourselves, don't do it. It had a weird smell, didn't look clean, it was awful.

Staff greeting and info at check in were very good. Stayed in one of the outer buildings. Pictures can be deceiving. First the bed and pillows were comfortable. Downhill from there. Cobwebs on walls and ceiling. Carpet could use a good cleaning as you can see an inch of dust all along every wall. Gap under the door would make summertime stay a nightmare with bugs and heat. Bathroom was clean. One of my towels smelled like food. Coffee pot and coffee in room but no cups? Heard my neighbors TV for hours while lying in bed. Ceiling fan in bathroom part of light fixture and very loud. Annoying. Will not stay here again.
