The convenience of the Genetti only being steps away from the Journey Community Arts Center was key for my recent stay. Room I stayed in could definitely use some upgrades.

We love the Genetti. We stay here every time we come through Williamsport. It is an older hotel, but that adds to it's charm. We especially love it during rhe holiday season. The service is phenomenal, the front desk is friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is delicious. The restaurant/bar in the lower level is a great place for a nightcap. You can't beat it.

This is a lovely hotel located between Wegmans and Lycoming college. We we there to see a play at the theatre located on the Lycoming campus and having Wegmans for shopping. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and highly recommend this hotel.

So this was my 3rd stay at the Genetti, usually great for a few days, this time was eventful with a flood that ended up waking me up in the middle of the night and affected the internet and tv service at the hotel, staff was very helpful and responsive to the situation and I was happy with the service despite the inconvenience and I will plan to stay there again next year.

We stayed on 2 different nights 11/6 and 11/9 on the same floor. The bathroom on the first night was tiny, the bed way too soft. The second night the bed had a low spot down the whole center that brought both people together in the middle, it was soft as a marshmallow and a terrible night sleep. The rooms need to be upgraded since there was no place to to plug in the devices by the bed, the shade was ripped off the wall.

The hotel is noticeably old, and the rooms have very poor sound insulation, which affects comfort.

Older hotel, but no closet or hangers. Wall clock said 1:03 from Saturday check in through Monday check out! Was convenient being next to venue for concert.

Peeling wallpaper near closet. Screw/nail holes in door. Bedside clock wasn’t set to the right time and I couldn’t get it to work. No plugs near bed for phone and cpap machine. Loud disturbance on street below at 2 am. Screaming. Swearing. Very tiny room. Dated and dark. Disappointing.
