Hotel had easy check in and out , staff was great and very friendly. Two parking lots with assces to front and back of the hotel which was a plus!!! just keep in mind the rooms are close to each other so you can hear who is next to you sometimes. besides that i have no complaints will definitely be back when we visit family

Stayed at this location for its proximity to the stadium. The room and bedding were clean with plenty of fresh towels, hallway carpeting was not clean. Doorways and hallways had damage. Very noisy with people being loud in the halls at night. The front desk was professional and helpful and so was Juan in the breakfast area.

Good location with potential

Front desk and check in was great. The hotel was good but rough around the edges. Our room had items left by the last occupant and clear signs that repairs were in progress. The heating/cooling unit also did not seem to work. The property itself is in a good location and the price was good.

I was put into a room where the door didn't lock. When I asked for another room I was told it was the only queen room available but they would downgrade me with no refund. A king suite was available for an additional charge but no discount could be given. The facility had water leaks and stains on the carpet in the hallway and appears to not be maintained well.

The woman who greeted us upon our arrival, could not have been more friendly or professional, Kiara (sp?) She was welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and everything in the room was meticulous. Breakfast in the morning was perfect and the staff was on hand to keep everything replenished and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the university of Delaware.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting my daughter at the University of Delaware. Location was very convenient to see a basketball game at the Colosseum across the road very reasonable price, clean hotel and very nice. Staff would definitely stay here again.
