Not clean, roaches, the daily rates should be less than because of the unclean conditions. I will never stay there again!

The room I originally got I did not like so the switched me to another jacuzzi room which was better for my liking but still not up to par the girl at the front desk has an attitude problem she was really dis respectful. This generation is a piece of work. They are over privileged and have no morals or home training.

Roach or bed bug in my bed

My stay was terrible.. I woke up in my bed with a roach crawling on my arm while I was sleeping …. I was so disappointed and disgusted that I immediately took a shower and just sat in the chair for the rest of the night…. I was crazy freaked out …. I demand my money back from this hotel.. immediately
