housekeeping staff very nice. check in folks not so much. had some trash and wanted to put in the dumpster, was told no its not for public use, hello, i just paid over 200 for a room...parking lot pitch black. room very neat, very clean, lots of thick nice towels. handy little coffee pot in room. desk staff would not let door dash leave food at front.

Shower controls were broken and water pressure was not good. Couldn’t get the water to adjust properly was either hot or cold and again the pressure. Also this was a day trip for me and I didn’t bring body wash was just going to use the toiletries provided for up struggles with the shower and tried to use the shampoo in the shower and it was empty... just not the best visit.

Breakfast variety could be better. At least boiled eggs would help. Cleaness could be improved- I found hairs on shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom, pillowcases were not clean as well, there were a blood stains on it. Windows can't be open at all.
