It was extremely frustrating. Union workers on strike at this location blocked laneways and signs. Room was nice and clean. Pool was closed, which was the only reason I booked. Complete power outage on Saturday night. So we were just stuck in the dark. No compensation.

I could see that the staff who was working was doing the best they could in roles that they are not used to doing as the bulk of the staff was on strike. Disruption to my stay was minimal. Only thing not offered was cleaning during they stay, but i don't like that anyway. Front desk happily provided any room supplies i asked for more of.

Honestly, the staff at the front counter were a little rude during checkout. My room was missing a table and the mirror and fan in my bathroom were broken. The bed was comfortable, though.

We loved the location right on the river. Such a beautiful view from our hotel room. We enjoyed taking time to enjoy a walk along the beautiful parkland along the river with our dog too!❤️🐶 and alway felt comfortable and safe!!

We did not have electrical power or Wi-Fi in our room. Front desk was not helpful and all they did was give us false hope. Power didn't come on until after midnight. Needless to say, we had to use the bathroom in the dark, couldn't shower, etc...until morning/check out.

The panoramic view of the river was the best thing about our stay. Some of the worst parts were: cable was out for most of the night, as was the wifi. The pool was closed for use. The room wasn't the cleanest. Over all the view was great but there are some kinks they need to work out for a better stay.
