The check in was painful. Had booked online. Room we had booked (King Bed) was only on the second floor with no elevator so had to choose a ground floor room with Queen beds. First room, the 3 sets of room keys did not work so they moved us to ANOTHER room. Website said there was a pool but pool has been closed since COVID. Room was clean and quiet but hassle to get there.

Property was fine. Staff were very nice. I had booked a ground floor since there was no elevator and my husband has mobility issues but when I got to the property we were on the second floor. Not their fault I guess more Expedia offering that room but disappointing no less.
