Very disappointed. Walls were paper thin, so could hear other visitors abundantly. Visitor parking was right beside our window and a rude patron kept honking his/her horn btw 5 and 7am, as they unlocked and locked their vehicle. I said that this had kept me awake and I requested a late checkout, and informed desk that I have a disability that disrupts sleep as well. I had a 5 hour drive home. Response was “Sorry, we have 40 rooms to clean, there are no late checkouts for any reason”. I suppose common sense evaded that with that many rooms, they could start with the first 30? When we checked out on time, actually leaving the hotel, THEN we were told oh by the way, the manager of custodial said it was okay to have a late checkout. Also, refrigerated froze fruit and berries solid overnight…$45.00 worth ruined. Shower leaked and wallpaper falling off walls due to moisture in bathroom.

Slept well, beds were comfy and room was clean. Only complaint was there was no cable tv (tv works, but no channels). I'll have to check next time if cable tv was included. Overall, it was a peaceful stay!

Loved the inn..m it was sweet and clean. Quiet ... perfect for a one night stay. The breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast - no hot food was served. The toilet in our room was stopped up which was the only problem

A great place to stay if you are going to Windsor. Very clean and the front desk staff are incredibly nice and very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

The only negative thing I can say is that I heard the people next door through the walls. Either they were very loud talkers or the walls are thin. Otherwise, a great experience.

The room and location were wonderful, as were the friendly staff. Only complaint is that it is noisy… even with the television on, you can easily hear conversations and tvs from neighbouring rooms, as well as someone else’s alarm clock.
