Room was sprayed with a very strong perfume that was very overpowering and there's no way to really air out the room. Fitness center was also closed which was not mentioned online at the time of booking or from the staff when we checked in

Stayed here for a hockey tournament. Pool was good temperature and clean but VERY slippery around the outside. Had to be extremely careful. Pool area wasn’t cleaned or towels weren’t restocked in the morning. I’m sure they just did it later. Rooms were good. Parking was fine. Staff was nice.

The room smelled unpleasant, and the air conditioning was very noisy. I could not sleep the entire night, and it was too late for me to switch rooms. The following day, I requested a different room and was given one, which was at least quieter.
