Staff was nice. Place was extremely dirty. Cobwebs everywhere and dust covered. There was extremely loud partying until 4:00 am. Staff did nothing to stop the chaos. There was puked in the hallways and it wasn’t cleaned up.

The room was OK quality. The showerhead chipping paint. The heat and the air conditioner was combined to the large unit in the room that was very noisy. Every time it kicks on kept me awake all night. The sidewalks were not shoveled or salted very dangerous for a slipping fall. Bought two sodas and they both were expired.

The good. The price was good. The hot tub was nice and hot. The bed was comfortable. No signs of bedbugs. The room appeared to be renovated, not long ago. Two waffle makers. The bad. It clearly states that it is a no pet hotel. There were multiple dogs barking, and people were letting their dogs right outside the door to use the bathroom. Multiple hallways smelt like marijuana. The building clearly has had multiple additions added to it. So it can be confusing to find your room. The ugly. As soon as we checked in, we received a high pressure sales pitch for club Wyndaham. It was almost relentless as we checked in. In case you don’t know this is a highest pressure sales pitch for timeshare points. This sales pitch was more important than our check-in. There were numbers being written down on papers and papers flipping it was ridiculous.

Mini fridge in room was leaking Freon so we were moved to different room. Hair dryer didn’t work and there was a hair on the towel when we got there. One of the treadmills didn’t work and juice machine wasn’t working at breakfast. Pool was decent but the hot tub was more warm than hot.
