I received a free room upgrade due to the missed housekeeping in our room my children and I really enjoyed this resort they have ALOT to offer at an amazing price super affordable and comfortable we stayed in the villas which have full kitchen plenty of space and accommodations such as cutlery, bowls, pans etc no need to bring anything besides your clothing! We will be staying again very soon I highly recommend this resort !!!

The bed was firm but the pillows were small for the bed size. Hole in bathtub and bugs in ear balcony entry. Low water pressure in shower and cheap shower head. Juvenile size water closet. Old furniture - cheap fold out couch looked like cushions were too small and was uncomfortable. Parking was sufficient. Kitchen was okay and sufficient. Water park was good for kids but to many stairs to for older kids and adults to use the larger water slides. Water park was not available for two full days but only part of the time but still paid the same resort fee.

I will NEVER stay here again. Villa golf view across the street. Ive stayed here before & it was fine. This time- dumpy. Start at Property. Parking light pole laying on grass when we pulled up. Torn metal piece at top of stairs you can trip over. Hair was in fridge, door to balcony was off track. Had to call maintence right away due to tiolet wouldnt flush! To top the icing on cake, 2:30am cars zooming back & fourth with loud music in the parking lot. As I watched the parking lot Concerned about my vehicle, a car stopped behind my car. It was the Only car on that side. I sat on bed with alarm ready. Called security. I think they came- no confirmation of that. No communication. 6 same cars were speeding by multiple times til 4:30am. Finally it was quiet once they left. Next door property looks like trailer trash. Think its staff living quarters but it was where the cars were flying in/ out of. Drug area, no idea but my 10 yr old son and I were alone and we were scared. For how expensive it was, I was super disappointed. Explained bad experience at check out. Said someone would call & follow up but no call. Not good customer service right there!

Chula Vista was the absolute worst water park so called resort I have ever been to. My daughter tried to use the whirlpool in the room and she turned on the jets and it spewed out what looked to be vomit. Utterly disgusting. The room itself was dirty and infested with lady bugs, the parking lot had huge raccoons in the trash whom chased me from my car since there wasn’t any parking. The manager and staff did nothing to address my concerns in fact they completely ignored my call about the whirlpool since it was close to the time for them to leave. Completely unacceptable and I h would highly recommend for everyone to avoid this place at all cost.

I liked that the villa we stayed in this year had a separate dining space with a queen size sofa bed we didn’t feel cramped into one space and there was also two televisions having a kitchen to cook is always a bonus for us

Not to great this time

The bunk bed was not very secure , neither where the railings in the room, the upstairs smoke detector was halfway installed, the carpet was pretty badly stained, the fire place did not work, the outside light on the balcony did not work properly. The top bunk bed did not have any kind of side or safty rail, pretty concerning when its on an upper loft area, 3 of us ended up with an allergic reaction we assume from the water or the sheets, the starbucks place in the main resort had pretty bad service dont no what happened this place use to be better

Good mid-level Dells option

A little rough around the edges (older/uncomfortable) furniture but a good mid-level option for the Dells! My family enjoyed the waterpark.

We stayed in the villas. It was so nice and quiet. The room was spacious and we even had our own kitchen. There is a hot tub outside for the villas which is nice. We did drive to the waterpark because there is no underground tunnel connecting it. But it was only a 2min drive tops and parking was not bad. Overall wonderful experience. ❤️

Relaxing stay

The vacation was nice and we had a quiet stay. The breakfasts options were too expensive on sight, and the resort was a drive away from downtown. The lifeguards were nice and friendly, and the staff was accommodating. The waterpark looked as though it could use some renovations-everything seemed old, faded, stained, and dull. The pool water was clean and refreshing.
