This one floor penthouse condo is has high end furnishings and premium amenities throughout. Beautiful wood floors and custom granite counter tops greet you as you enter this penthouse condo. This penthouse offers plenty of quiet and privacy and sits on a peninsula so that you have lake views.
Balcony overlooks Lake Delton and views are spectacular. The 30 foot balcony gives you plenty of room to enjoy your morning coffee or just relax and enjoy the view!

Washer/Dryer in unit!!

The units location is just off of Wisconsin Dells Parkway, there are several places to eat, shop, see a show or take part in any activity offered.

Noah's Ark water park is just footsteps away.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining area has room for the family and more!

The living room offers a large SMART TV, floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace and custom Italian sofa that converts into 2 individual sleeping areas.

A comfy KING bed awaits you after a busy day of activities. The bathroom has a custom tiled shower, rainfall shower and double vanity. Bedroom includes a flat screen TV and double doors that close for privacy.

Nice condo

We were very pleased with everything about this condo. It was finished nicely with modern conveniences. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and updated. The location was perfect, with a spacious balcony overlooking the lake. Check-in/out process was simple and we had no trouble during our visit. A great, convenient place to stay when visiting the Dells.

Nice, quiet condo in the Dells

This property was clean and wonderful. It was quiet -- seriously, we saw plenty of other people, but never heard them. The place was beautiful, the pool was nice, and it was close to all attractions but not so close that it was overly busy. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was communication with the owner. There was a tornado warning in the area with a touchdown within 20 miles and after texting the owner about where we should go to be safe, he replied "no idea, I'm out on the boat all day." Not very helpful.

Wonderful!

This property is amazing and very comfortable. We had a great time there and it’s close to everything. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed to cook. Dave was super nice and very responsive to all of our inquiries. Balcony could use some new outdoor carpeting as people mentioned, but that doesn’t take anything away from the beautiful views of the lake. We would definitely stay again.

Good convenient location

The inside of the condo was updated and very nice. The balcony needs to be cleaned and astroturf replaced. The outside common areas of staircase and hallway need to be cleaned and astroturf replaced. The condo is in a central location.

Great experience!!

My husband and I took our three boys to Lake Delton over Christmas break. Our condo was beautiful, clean, and it was equipped with everything we needed. David the owner kept in touch with us and answered any questions we had. We plan to go back during the summer months so we can enjoy the lake!

Pre-Christmas Family Weekend

Wonderful, clean, quiet, roomy, updated home. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to spend a family weekend. We had a most relaxing time in David's rental. Cooked in some meals, enjoyed the indoor pool & the downtown Tree of Light. David was very responsive to any questions we had. Our 4 year old granddaughter told us it was her best family vacation ever! She enjoyed the red lighted tree across the lake & her new friends she made at the pool. Would definitely rent again when coming to the dells. Thank to the host for a wonderful home.

Great location and relaxing stay!

This property was very nicely upgraded. We loved the showers and kitchen that had everything we needed. Close to all the things we wanted to do but away from the traffic. Would recommend this rental for families as we had plenty of room for the 6 of us.

We will try to get this location ever time we come up to the dells area. It's the best by far after staying in this complex 5 other times this unit is by far the best. Very clean and had everything we needed. The views are great!

High school get together

This was the perfect location and set up for us to get together and reminise about our high school days. It was big enough and a nice quiet neighborhood, and yet close enough to walk to a nice restaurant for dinner. We are hoping to make it an annual event.

Beautiful condo! Great location - it was quiet, but close to everything. The condo was clean and close to the pool/hot tub club house. The hot tub was broken during our stay (jets did not work) which was disappointing but we realize things like this are unpredictable. We loved the modern showers & beds were comfortable. Awesome view of Lake Delton! We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio watching all the birds, eagles, ducks and hearing the lake sounds. Overall, excellent experience and we will be back!

The unit was beautiful and spacious.

Three high school classmates met to celebrate this year as we are turning 65. We had a wonderful time and the Dells was great fun with good restaurants. Owner was quick to respond throughout the process!

We loved the condo. It was spacious and so warming and welcoming! We had a fire in the fireplace which was so awesome with the cold. We loved experiencing the rainfall shower head and the bidet! Our only concern was the tv in the living room. It kept glitching but David was very responsive!

Great Location

The condo was a terrific place for our winter getaway. Our daughter was obsessed with the pool. She was sad to leave. David is a fantastic owner and easily accessible. There was a power outage while we were there. David responded immediately to our message and had the power company there within a half hour. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Nice condo - great location!

We stayed for 3 nights and this was a perfect getaway. The location is ideal... close to hiking trails, Christmas Mountain, sundara, restaurants. The condo development also has a pool and hot-tub and while that's a bit dated, it worked great for us. The condo itself was great! wonderful views of lake delton, updated kitchen and bathrooms, etc. Owner was accessible when I had questions.
