This place sucks- bathrooms are a 5 minute walk to and another back- 6 bathroom and showers for tons of people- dirty- rooms have bugs- save your money and go somewhere else. The 60$ super 8 is much better and convenient

Stayed in the hotel portion of the property. The hotel was a remodeled facility. Overall based on the age of the facility it was in very good condition and clean. It was nice to have a smaller indoor pool and outdoor recreation area. Need to travel to the larger outdoor lake/pool facility, but it is worth the extra travel. Room also came with free tickets to the zoo which was also very nice.

The treehouse/cabin we stayed in was decent. Had good air conditioning. Nobody cleaned the rooms daily though. I guess it’s something we would have to request. One of the outside pools is like swimming in a pond as it had fish in it and moss which is alright, but if you don’t like that then there is an indoor pool and another pool area next to it that looked more kid-friendly. We didn’t go to the other outside one though so not sure if it costs or anything. Our biggest issue was the shared bathrooms. Public/shared restrooms need constant attention throughout the day, not a one time cleanup daily. This is coming from someone who works in retail and sees the things people do to these restrooms on a daily basis throughout the day because people are disgusting. By the end of the day, there’s poop on the floors, no toilet paper, random towels on the floor, etc. Then I had to keep pushing the button to turn the shower on as it only stays on for 5-10 second intervals. Same thing with the sink. The surrounding area is nice though, but after exploring the Wisconsin Dells area, I would recommend the Aloha beach resort (by a pretty lake), the Vue (by the river/woods and downtown), or the marquis (by the outlet mall, claims to have free Noah’s Ark tickets, and is by Macs which is delicious). Nonetheless, if you do stay here, it’s not a far drive from anything, the other places would just likely be better and are closer to the respective destinations.

Unhappy. Two of the three beds had dirty sheets. My room smelled heavily like chlorine and it was hard to sleep and breathe. Quiet time was not taken serious at 1030pm..it was VERY loud next to me. People were yelling, going in and out and banging throughout the night. No phones in the room to call front desk which is strange. Would be nice to have a clearler understanding of the waterpark being a 10min drive with the passes that were included.

Cabins are great and clean. Bathrooms were hit or miss. The staff were great at cleaning but since this is a family resort, some families kids didn't teach them how to not destroy the bathroom with poop 💩

We were surprised that the resort was made up of multiple properties/we should have researched a bit more. We needed a bedding change and had to call twice/it took over 8 hours to get new sheets and towels. The pools and beach were really nice. The staff in general were polite. Our room had a broken curtain and the walls were really thin. The background behind our beds were really cool. Our daughter was excited and said, "A photo booth!", when she saw them. The TV signal during downtime was disappointing. Many of the channels were not coming in. Overall it was an okay stay for the room and a great stay for the facilities. They included tickets for the wild animal park. That was amazing! We did the safari there.

Very nice stay. Rooms were older but clean. Had to ask for towels a couple nights but only 2/5 nights did they not switch out towels. They were very accommodating and nice when we asked. Did not realize the main waterpark for the resort was about 10 miles driving distance but that worked out okay too. The area we stayed in was very busy with traffic. Overall we loved our stay in Wisconsin and had a wonderful time!

Decent hotel, awesome water park!!

The staff at the front desk were lovely, however the lobby itself and the common areas of the hotel were run down and smelly. Our beds were fine and the room was fine as well. The bathroom was tiny though. The waterpark and amenities that are included are awesome!!
