You can tell that the suites had been recently updated and everything was clean fresh and new. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Exceeded my expectations.

Room was nice - we had one bedroom. AC was great, nice a cool and NOT loud! The indoor pool was HUGE and wish we had more time to use it but we only stayed one nite.The only issue was the door to the bathroom was a little off-line so made noise when someone closed it.

Room was very dark.1 Bulb was burnt out in the corner light and lamp was very dim. Also the extra blanket in the cupboard smelled VERY BAD !! These should be washed every week even if just being stored. No movie channels on the tv. All channels had commercials !! No whirlpool as it has been covered with boards and a table and chairs placed on top. Very clean bed! The indoor Pool was AMAZING !

I have never received an email from any hotel/motel anywhere that wanted me to sign a contract before my arrival. Amongst other things, I had to agree that if they accepted my reservation but were unable to honor it (because they doubled booked??) that I could be shipped up to anywhere within a 25 miles radius upon my arrival. So you'd better not book a room with a good price because you'll be the first to be bumped. Based on this fact alone, I am not sure we will return and stay here for our annual trip to the Dells Chris, front desk, was great. The room was clean but had some kind of must and we found ourselves very congested each morning. A hammer drill was running at 3am one night ?? but the rooms are a great size but they don't do have daily freshening .. a big negative for me .. but we managed. The TV had to be reset daily to have it workable. But .. we'd stay again, if we felt comfortable with the "hey you don't matter as much as the other guests paying more" and took the chance of being shipped elsewhere.

It's easy to find. There are no elevators. People sit outside the room doors smoking and talking. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable.
