This unit is perfect for you and your family! Station One 1B is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is ocean front with a sitting area, king bed, and a private full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms share a hall full bathroom. One has a queen bed, and one has two twin beds. There is tile throughout the living space, perfect for beach life! The living room is right off the oceanfront balcony with amazing views of the ocean and the dunes. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need, and the dining room table is great for family dinner.
Station One offers secured entrance, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Coin operated laundry facilities. Beautifully decorated and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Unit 1B needed to be totally
Renovated. Old furniture, dirty old carpeting, chipped paint on cabinets
Only thing going for it was location. Would never go there again

The location of 1B is perfect. Living area and master bedroom are facing the ocean. There are dunes & natural vegetation but you can see & hear the ocean quite well. Comfortable and clean with a very well stocked kitchen. We'd recommend this condo.

This property met all our needs, we only had a few complaints or suggestions.
The unit was dated but furnishings were comfortable. One suggestion would be that the unit provide fans for the rooms. Would have been nice to have ceiling fans or a fan for guest use. It also, did not come with dishwasher detergent. We were to wash the dishes and put them away before we left. I realized this on the day of our departure. That was a small burden that could have been eliminated if the dish towel bundle included a detergent pack. Other than those small inconveniences, our trip was very nice and we will return to Station One. We will try another unit on our next visit.
