Property was okay but the front desk manager was not helpful. We booked a room that said it could accommodate 5 people and when we got to the room it was 2 double beds.... He was no help. Wouldn't even comp a roll out bed. He was rude and unapologetic.

First room we got had a dirty bathroom. Staff was helpful and tried to give us another (upgraded!) room, which was indeed cleaner, but not quite clean (still had hairs in the bathroom). The two ice machines had no ice when I attempted to use them. Hotel was cheap, but still not good value. Perhaps cleaning staff needs more training.

One of the three bedrooms had black mold under the sink. The staff was very understanding and immediately gave us a new room. We appreciated that. The online picture of the bar and restaurant online was misrepresented. It was dumpy.

Decent stop

Nice little hotel right on our way home from the beach. It’s no frills for sure but it does the trick to get some sleep and let the kids swim. It was run down and dated a bit but our room and linens were clean (and I ALWAYS check for bed bugs lol) couple ice machines were broken, walked a little further down the walk and got some, no biggy. Reasonably priced restaurant is a plus.

Bed was comfortable however room was unclean making you wonder about the sheets. Shower and bath were dated and we didn’t bother using them. Restaurant had decent menu and food was good. Very noisy with dogs barking and howling in their room

Great stay in a great town

The room was everything youd expect from a sub 100 a night place but a little better. The property as a whole, the bathroom and the sheets were clean and the staff from the front desk to the cleaners doing their rounds were friendly. The free breakfast was packed but moved fast with coffee and pancakes. There are smoking and pet options too which many travelers have less options for their stay. Ive never had a problem in wytheville and this stay was another success at an affordable, clean and friendly location.
