The Space:

Welcome to Casablanca. This is canal living at its most relaxed. Casablanca is a grand home with room for everyone to spread out and unwind. It’s designed for effortless days where the pool sparkles beside the living room, kids drift between the playground and the water’s edge and meals linger well into the evening.



Step inside and you’ll feel the sense of space immediately. Three living areas create separate moments for gathering or slipping away with a book. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room forms the heart of the home with everything you need to cook, share and enjoy. Tiles keep the house cool underfoot and aircon with ceiling fans ensure comfort throughout.



The layout makes holiday living simple. A king bedroom and two queen rooms sit on the lower level with a family bathroom between the queen rooms. Upstairs you’ll find a queen bedroom and two single beds along with a handy kitchenette. There is an additional bathroom off the plush lounge room that overlooks the river. New carpets and thoughtful touches give every room a fresh and welcoming feel. Two dedicated workspaces and fast and unlimited wifi mean working from home is easy if you need it.



Outside is where Casablanca really sings. The pool sits close enough to the indoors that it becomes part of the lifestyle. You can watch the water from the living spaces or step straight out for a swim. A tinny slip and jetty give you front row access to the canal and the fully fenced yard creates peace of mind for young children. Glass wraps the home and brings the river life right into your day.



BBQ dinners drift into outdoor conversations. Board the boat. Watch the pelicans. Or curl up in the media room for a holiday video binge. The heart of Yamba and her beaches are an eight minute drive from Casablanca and Yamba Fair with Coles and K-hub are only two minutes drive away.



Getting Around:

Bring your bikes for exploring or drive eight minutes to Yamba’s beaches. Yamba Fair is only two minutes away for easy groceries and supplies. Parking is simple at the house and once you settle in you’ll find most days drift between pool time, relaxing indoors and short trips into town or to the coast.
