Comfortable beds and nice room facilities. Helpful staff and booking processes. Some guest noise from children but mainly quiet. Restful stay. Parking on site limited at times but light rail across the road is a good option for north of the lake city visits.

It is a lovely place to stay - staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the restaurants serve excellent food!

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and view perfect. Unfortunately we were put next to the lift and the noise it made going up and down all evening and then again at around 4am was not great. We were also put in a room with adjoining door ( thin as, no sound barrier) and could hear everything that the person next door was saying and doing. Not much rest was had. If you were after a peaceful relaxing stay it’s def not the place. If you can put up with a bit of noise then may be place for you.
