Nice room with lots of amenities such as razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, face cleansers, free water bottles, good TV selection, etc. The hotel is close to the big malls and the train station. There is no airport shuttle so if you have less suitcases then you can easily go through the subway to the buses to get to Haneda Airport. However, for those who have a lot of suitcases, I recommend going through a cab. You can get a cab through the Go or Uber app. The room itself was nice and clean. APA staff always clean the rooms thoroughly by deep washing everything and vacuuming the floors. The staff was super nice and sweet too.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to the airport as we had an early flight and it made our lives so easy! The staff were wonderful and the hotel was like other apa hotels. The one consistently annoying thing about this hotel as well other hotels is not being able to switch the Aircon on as the whole hotel was set to "heating". It was 22 degrees outside when we stayed here. Apart from that, top notch hotel

I had to book this hotel last min after my flight was cancelled. When we checked in the young man at the front counter did everything to not help us until instructed to. The room was a smoking room because it was all that was left, but was completely stained from smoke. We couldn’t control the heat in the room so it was freezing the entire night we barely slept.
