Ideal property if you are catching the Shinkansen (Bullet train) to other cities. Reception is on the 10th floor so a bit hard to find entrance of arriving by car as it is over the Shin Yokohama rail station. Loads of restaurants and shops on floors 2-9 which is common at rail stations in Japan. Nicely decorated rooms and very clean. Adequate size for Japan.

This hotel is simply amazing, especially considering its location. It’s surrounded by fantastic shops, including facilities, room, bed, pillows, and a wonderful staff. It was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire month-long trip in Japan.

We have traveled to Japan for pleasure a dozen times over the past decade (Seattle based). We may never stay in Tokyo again. The NEX transfer at Shinagawa was a breeze compared to Tokyo Station. We always have JR passes so the trip from Shinyokohama to Tokyo Station is very quick and easy via Shinkansen.. and it is very easy to access Yokohama is the Yokohama (JR) Line. The hotel staff and room were terrific. The breakfast plan is a bargain (Japanese and Western) and sumptuous. The rooms were quiet, beds and bedding very comfortable, etc. We are on a four week trip.. stayed here at the beginning and will end the trip there as well.

Staff were very nice and willing to help with directions with maps in English!! So thank you for being so nice since being lost can be so overwhelming. The rooms were large and roomy along with the amenities. Only thing I wish we had was a colder and larger refrigerator.

Perfect location! The convenience of having all access to the trains and buses, taxis was so easy. The restaurants all offer great options. The shopping in the Cubicplaza was marvelous. One hour and fifteen minutes away from Narita Airport. We were able to get Airport Bus for $68 for the two of us. Bullet train to tokyo was 19 minutes. The room was clean comfortable and they provided us with many toiletries. Beautiful view of Shin Yokohama. We prepaid breakfasts....lots to choose from. Fresh and deliscious. Priced very well. We highly recommend.
