Hotel Comento was an excellent choice for a place to stay for my trip in Yokohama! It was easily accessible, clean&stylish, had a lovely bath/sauna, close to the main areas (Chinese street, port,etc) and the staff were very kind! I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to everyone.

Amazing 10/10

Our first night in Japan was here, and it was excellent. Very close to the cruise port, shops, and restaurants. The service was spectacular. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is safe, modern, clean, and very pretty. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was a delight. The variety was extensive, and the food was beautifully presented. We were very pleased and satisfied. We would definitely return! 日本での最初の夜はここで過ごしましたが、最高でした。クルーズ港、ショップ、レストランにとても近く、サービスは素晴らしかったです。スタッフはとても親切で丁寧でした。ホテルは安全で、モダンで、清潔で、とても素敵でした。ホテルのレストランで朝食をいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。種類も豊富で、料理の盛り付けも美しく、とても満足しました。また必ず戻ってきます！

Nice clean upgraded hotel with clean room & bathroom. Staff was courteous. I liked the bunk beds in the room which was perfect for 4 members family. It’s has nice laundry. The room was little small but designed well. The only issue was parking there is no hotel parking but there are plenty of paid parking around. The closest are expensive I found one on 8 min walk for 1200 yen’s for 24 hr. There are plenty of restaurants and breakfast option around the hotel . I would strongly recommend for families who want to stay in single room.

Although the twin bed room was small, it was very cozy and had everything we needed. The bathroom and other facilities were very clean and staff was very nice. Close to the Kannai station and you can see the hotel from a distance. There was also many restaurants around the area and a Lawson right across the street.

The room was small but highly functional. The front desk had trouble taking credit card payments, so they made us pay cash. The window for the room was locked so we could not get fresh air into the room. The location was convenient and walkable from the train station. There were several convenient stores nearby.

The hotel is very close to Shinjuku station, but the station itself is too complicated. The hotel is a little old, but the service and staffs are SUPER! They allow me to borrow a wheelchair for my mom-in-law(82), so she can enjoy the surrounding areas with ease, I sincerely appreciate it!

The staff were polite and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, with plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small, but this was expected based on previous reviews and is reasonable given the price.

Amazing hotel.

We booked this hotel last minute after pur plans changed and I was very pleases with our choice. We had an Eco room with a bunkbed and while the room was certainly small, it was well designed and comfortable. Eco rooms are a bit cheaper because you don't get housekeeping but you can get clean towels at reception. The reception staff was always very polite and welcoming, greeting us every time we entered the hotel and helping us with a package we were expecting. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to a Metro station and with lots of shops and restaurants near by.
