This is very basic accommodation with little privacy in sleeping areas and bathing/washrooms. It feels like a dorm style arrangement or a hostel. If you value separate bedrooms for the various guests in your party this may not be for you. The house is VERY hard to find and our taxi driver was challenged to locate it. Without his help we would likely still be wandering around. The house was clean and equipped with 6 futons and bedding. Location is good and a very short walk to excellent shopping, restaurants, Chinatown and train stations. We felt it was a little pricey for the style of accommodation it is, especially since we had just come from a 4 star hotel in Tokyo that was only $91/night/room.

今回初めて使わせていただきましたが、管理者の方がとても細かく色々と補佐してくれたので不安な事もなくスムーズに宿泊でき大変満足でした。 何から何まで質問に答えてくださり助かりました 立地に関しては駐車場はとても近く問題なし、コンビニやスーパーは逆に近くにはないので事前に買い出しなどしておくと良いかなと思いました。 宿泊先の清掃状況は満足レベルで、気になったポイントはエアコンが複数台着いてますか、ほんの少しカビ臭いかなぁ～という印象でした。 全体的に満足です。 また次回利用させていただきたいなと思いました
