The staff at reception were amazing. We dropped a wallet in the taxi on the way to the hotel and the staff contacted him via the receipt he had given us. It was an extremely busy time for them at check in but they even checked the entrance area for us and kept us informed as to when the taxi was returning. Thank you! Rooms, location, breakfast all excellent too.
