Booked this property for the close proximity to the JR station. Room is pretty small but functional and clean. Kids loved the free breakfast at Mister Donut downstairs.

2 min walk to main train station with multiple lines going in every direction. So many restaraunts and dining options, shopping and pachinko halls. Staff were great and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Would definately stay again.

Check in was efficient, but when you asking to have extra towel and blanket…not sure why front desk ask you come down and pick it up your self…along my 20years of travel never got hotel ask me to go down to pick up ….baggage storage which I thought they can hold for 1extra day which they not allowed and have to do same day pick up which it is not convenient at all

This hotel is recommendable. The location is great, very near to the nagoya main station. You can walk to shopping mall, restaurants and cafes within 10minutes by foot. The staff was really kind and they are very helpful. The room condition was very nice. Clean and suitable for single person to stay if you are familiar with Japanese business hotel room size. Overall, I really satisfied with this hotel and want to recommend this hotel for people who are looking for budget hotel.

Great place to stay for a solo traveler! Close to the train station, and the rooms were big enough to relax in. The room service was helpful and the laundry needed no extra detergent, very innovative!

This is a nice Sotetsu property. The rooms are designed such that you can still walk around even wi the a luggage opened. I also like that the AC is not directly facing the bed. It takes roughly 2 minutes to get to midland square, which connects to Nagoya Station. It also had 3 elevators, making it easy to go up and down. Would definitely come again if I ever go back yo Nagoya. I did have to fill out the luggage delivery form myself. The staff provides and example of how to do it and verified the information for me.
