Hotel is very elegant and friendly both breakfast options buffet and room service was amazing. Beds and rooms are so comfortable. Staff is very friendly and polite. Enjoyed hearing Hawaiian words from staff and staff was able to speak English as well.

Excellent service from start to end. Yuischi concierge and his team went above and beyond to help me when I lost my passport including calling Ubers, train stations, printing maps with translations and checking in until it was found.
