A fantastic outdoor veranda overlooking the walls of York Minster.
A large and modern living room with flat screen TV and two sofa-beds built into the U shaped seating arrangement.
A large kitchen and dining area with all modern appliances, and seating for everyone who is staying.
A main floor toilet and shower.
The first bedroom based on the main floor sleeps five people in single beds.
The second bedroom based on the second level sleeps five people in single beds.
The third bedroom on the third floor sleeps four people in purpose built-in large bunk beds.
The fourth bedroom on the third floor sleeps three people in a single and double arrangement.
On the third floor is the main bathroom with over bath shower.
A parking area is available which will comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles

foto's kwamen totaal niet overeen met de realiteit.1 kleine badkamer en 1 superkleine badkamer (zonder lavabo) is écht te weinig voor 18 personen, wij waren met 12 en ook dat was al een probleem.Het was er niet bepaald proper (spinnenwebben, vieze gordijnen) het vaatwerk was wel proper. De bedden waren oké en de lakens waren proper dat was wel een plus. De ligging is ook perfect al zou de ingang beter aan Gillygate liggen en op die manier beter te vinden.
