Property was well maintained. Staff was for the most part was excellent. The complementary breakfast was on point, including the omelet bar. The consignes are fantastic and enjoy helping out. All in all I was happy with the stay.

Besides being really close to the main highway, and some ambient noise that creates, the property is quite lovely and the rooms are very nice. The problem is that the service is atrocious. You wait several minutes to get served (and we weren't the only guests commenting), you have to go the bar to get a drink, and besides one individual, the entire front desk is rather salty. In addition, there was room service food left outside someone's room door for two days and none of the staff could take the time to pick it up. I also think we may have been overcharged for poolside drinks one day as the same drink cost less at the other bar. Great hotel but they need to work on better service! Very chaotic breakfast experience- also they say it’s free breakfast but they charge you $70/day resort fee which is outrageously high compared to other similar hotels.

Consistently beautiful hotel and accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. This is my eight visit and enjoy it every time.

Short of staff

Very short staffed and the staff were quick to tell you that. Very chaotic breakfast so much so we only ate there once and it was included in our rate. The only way to get a table was to clear a table ourselves. On the positive side the hotel is beautiful and the rooms comfortable. If they sort their staffing issues I would return.
