Newly built in the years 2013/2014 House stands in the Baltic Sea village Zierow through its energy efficiency and its Schwedenhaus typical wooden façade. The living area of ​​the fully equipped and furnished holiday home is 70 square meters and is ideal for families with up to 6 people. Center of the house is the open kitchen. The built-in oven, ceramic hob, sink, fridge-freezer and dishwasher make you the self-catering a breeze. Two separate bedrooms of 10 m² each with a double bed and two single beds offers sleeping space for 4 people. In the bedroom floor, which is accessed via a space-saving staircase, 2 children can spend the night comfortably. For toddlers you can also use a travel cot available. The holiday home has a furnished wooden terrace, a parking space and a bike shed.

Alles in allem gut!

Wir haben uns im Haus bis auf eine Kleinigkeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnraum ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern u. der Schlafbereich auf der Galerie lädt zum faulenzen u. Seele baumeln lassen ein. Lediglich die Betten in den beiden Schlafzimmern ließen für uns Wünsche übrig, sie sind sehr tief. Uns fehlten außerdem einige Küchenutensilien, wie z. B. ein Handrührgerät. Dies ist aber dadurch bedingt, dass wir auch im Urlaub immer selber kochen oder auch backen. Alles also eher kleine individuelle Widrigkeiten. Es war schön, die Gegend mal kennengelernt zu haben, es war erst unser zweiter Aufenthalt in MV (Rügen 2010). Wir fühlen uns allerdings tatsächlich in Schleswig-Holstein mehr zuhause! Jedoch ein großes DANKE an den Vermieter, mit dem die Kommunikation wirklich super war!

Aufenthalt in Zierow

Es war zwar nur ein sehr kurzer Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Zierow, aber es war alles sehr schön. Von der Buchung, über die Kommunikation mit Herrn Lange, dem Aufenthalt und der An-und Abreise war alles in bester Ordnung. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Die Wohnung ist toll, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos, wir waren super informiert, der Check-In lief auch am späten Sonntagnachmittag ganz einfach. Das Wohngebiet ist wunderbar ruhig, die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, Ausflüge mit dem Auto z.B. nach Schwerin, Wismar und zur Insel Poel bieten sich an. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Anfangs hat das W-LAN kurzzeitig nicht störungsfrei funktioniert. Durch die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Objektbetreuerin konnte das Problem aber rasch behoben werden. Gesamtbewertung: empfehlenswert!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem was man als Familie braucht. Es ist genauso wie es inseriert ist und es war alles sehr sauber! Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eine Verdunklungs-Möglichkeit in den Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten haben wir einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht!

Super Ferienhaus mit allem was es braucht für eine Woche Urlaub an der Ostsee. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen guten Standard, mit Küchengeräten die es für die tägliche Nutzung braucht, eine gemütliche Sofaecke und bequeme Betten. Das Haus wurde sehr sauber übergeben. Ein kleines Detail zur Verbesserung wäre, wenn es die Möglichkeit geben würde die Schlafzimmerfenster komplett zu verdunkeln.

Familienurlaub in Zierow

Lage hervorragend, ebenso wie die Parkmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr gut, es war alles vorhanden, was zum Alltag gebraucht wird. Anbieten von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche wäre gut, da bei 4 Personen schon einiges an Gepäck anfällt. Hier und da gibt es auch in paar Verbesserungsideen wie einen Sessel an der Couch für mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein paar Reparaturen die anfallen würden. Einchecken und Auschecken sowie Kommunikation top!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, insbesondere der offene Wohn-Koch-Essbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sauber und in Ordnung, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Die Lage: in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, zum Strand war es ein schöner Spaziergang von ca. 15 Minuten mit Kindern. Die Umgebung haben wir für Ausflüge genutzt (Wismar, Schwerin, Boltenhagen, Insel Poel...), da gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Der Schlafboden und das darunter liegende Schlafzimmer sind etwas hellhörig, empfindliche Gäste sollten eher das andere Zimmer nutzen. Aber alle Zimmer sind sehr schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Großes schönes Haus. Die Umgebung war auch klasse. Und innerhalb ein paar Gehminuten war man auch am Strand. Einzig was wir nicht ganz so toll fanden, das wir erst mit knapp einer Stunde Verspätung ins Haus gekommen sind, da wir die zuständige Verwalterin vor nicht erreicht haben. Jedoch hat sich der Vermieter sofort darum gekümmert und die Dame kam dann auch. Alles in allem, waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Gut für Familien, ruhige Lage

Schöne Unterkunft, die Beschreibung trifft genau zu. Wer mit ganz kleinen Kindern reist, müsste bei der Treppe zum dritten Schlafzimmer aufpassen. Strand in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen, Lage ruhig, eine Eisdiele 3 min. entfernt. Wißmar schnell zu erreichen mit dem Auto... Empfehlenswert!

Von dem äußeren erscheinen kann man sich kurz täuschen lassen, aber sobald man die Eingangstür öffnet und das Haus betritt kommt man in ein schickes,sauberes und modernes Haus, die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist super und für Teenies und auch für die Eltern ist der schlafboden,der mehr eine Terresse im Haus ist super, man hat von oben einen kompletten Blick auf Küche und Wohnzimmer, mega schön, von der Ausstattung ist alles da,was man für den Urlaub und die Selbstversorgung so braucht.. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kinder (5,5&13) da, es ist zentral gelegen, wir hatten ca 8 Minuten bis zum Strand zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, die Kommunikation und der Empfang und selbst der Abschied von der Sekretärin waren perfekt. Unser Fazit ist einfach nur traumhaft und wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus übertraf unseren Erwartungen. Die Einrichtung modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Es war auch in der Küche alles vorhanden was man so braucht, selbst wenn man jeden Tag kochen und backen wollte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Ostseestrand und das Restaurant "Zierower Hof" ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wismar nur 5 km entfernt und auch Lübeck und Rostock liegen "vor der Tür". Für Familien mit und ohne Kinder ist dieses Ferienhaus bestens geeignet.

Unser Urlaub in Zierow

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Wirklich gut ausgestattet. Der einzige Nachteil an der Ferienwohnung war, dass die große Fensterflächen nach Süden zeigen und während unserer Reise waren es über 30 Grad. Die Fenster waren nur durch Vorgänge abgedunkelt und daher war es ziemlich war. Auch die anderen Fenster lassen sich nicht richtig abdunkeln. Der Ort Zierow ist ziemlich verschlafen, nur ein Restaurant und dort ist nicht mal Kartenzahlung möglich. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt tatsächlich etwas über 900m (die kürzeste Strecke). Wäre das Ferienhaus in einem anderen Ort wäre es perfekt.
