They could be a little more accommodating with the small things. Like complimentary detergent for those who need to clean their clothes. But then again it’s Zürich. Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy. It’s literally 1-2 stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof.

We loved this hotel, we booked one regular room and one with a kitchen and we used it a lot. There is a great grocery just outside the hotel, staff is soooo nice and respectful, rooms are clean and everyday there is a cleaning service, restaurant in the hotel looked amazing although we did not had a chance to eat there. Bottom line we loved it !!!!!
