Great location, clean, safe and comfortable!

Pros: Cleanliness, location, as someone that grew up in Zurich I appreciated the feeling of living like a local, rather than a tourist.
Cons: Broome and dustpan in flat. General instruction sheet.
Location: It's very central, there are countless trams, buses or the train to take you wherever you want to go in and around Zurich
First time - Arrived, got key as per instructions and found the flat, clean, with all the basics, no worries. Second time - Arrived, got key but it wouldn't open the flat. Called number at the door, after some discussion got given another number for another flat and all was resolved, no worries.
