First of, front desk was kinda helpful but a little stand off-ish but i can deal with that, room was too small, outside needs some TLC, very convenient though when it comes to transportation and grocery stores, but there’s a German lady who runs the breakfast area name Merlyne who was VERY RUDE to me, i understand she can barely speak english but my god to treat your customer with terrible attitude coz i was asking where the hot water was? The whole staff needs customer service training ASAP! Just because i didn’t pay breakfast that doesn’t mean you have to treat me like i was a piece of garbage, i dont recommend this hotel! They can learn a thing or two at Ibis style in Amsterdam by Schinol Airport! Holy cow its a night and day in comparison! Im coming to Switzerland next yr and you’ll never see me booking this place EVER!

No tienen toma corrientes suficientes en la habitación. En el centro de la cama tienes unos controles de luz con su propia luz que no se puede apagar. El sur acondicionado no funciona. La persiana no se puede abrir. Pero bueno, dejan una tetera en la sala, muy útil para llegar tarde y calentar una sopa, y el desayuno está bien.

Room was basic but clean. Two very basic beds and mattress. The shower is in the room with toilet in a closet. Tram was across the street. Good location with several dining options close by. Parking is available right outside in garage. Breakfast is available for 11 francs at check in of 15 day of.

In an expensive city, this budget option is clean and convenient. You can walk outside the hotel to board the tram bringing you to Zürich City Center. The one drawback is the room size—two twin beds with barely any other space to turn around.

Get what you pay for

Knew what we were getting ourselves into when we booked this but it's very basic. Don't get me wrong, clean, tidy, nice staff and friendly, but rooms feel a bit clinical and the whole shower, sink set up is random. Location wise is good for the tram and have access to the other local hotels for a drink etc so if you're just wanting somewhere to rest your head, check it out. I wouldn't say in any of the Ibis budget hotels again though. They're not for me.
