The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the front desk manager, who provided phone assistance in excellent English long before we arrived. The location was adjacent to the Old Town area, and 5 minutes from Zurich HB train station. In addition, right outside the doors was one of the main stops for the Zurich transit busses and trams. Clean, nice rooms, and excellent cleaning staff.
