They never cleaned the room. No housekeeping was only one time. Elevator was not working all time of stay. Poor communication.

Hot room.

Great location, nice small apartment. Zurich was very hot but no air conditioning in room. Would have been nice to at least had a fan, also had a dishwasher and sink but no dishwashing liquid of any sort so only good for longer stays wherer have time to go and buy other supplies.

El departamento que elegimos en Zurich fue tal cual como en las fotos, esta cerca de todo y es muy comodo. Pasamos dos dias en el pero puedo decir que lo volveria a elegir.

+ Lage ist Perfekt + Mikro Appar. ist gut - Nur 1 Wc-Papierrolle für 4 Tage und 2 Personen; Mussten selbst Papier kaufen - Auf den Handtüchern waren Haare von Fremden - Check out ist um 10 Uhr; Waren um 10:05 Uhr raus; Paar Stunden später eine E-Mail erhalten, dass sie die Meldung erhalten haben, dass wir immer noch im Zimmer sind und das Zimmer sofort verlassen sollen; Obwohl wir der Putzdame gesagt hatten, dass wir in 5 Min raus gehen

Ruhige Lage, haben bezüglich einer Parkmöglichkeit beim Service angerufen, lange Wartezeit und konnten leider nicht helfen. Wir hätten wohl vorab einen Parkplatz reservieren können, davon wussten wir jedoch nichts. Es war kein Parkplatz mehr frei. Parkhäuser waren leider auch alle in der Nähe voll. Hatten dann schlussendlich einen Strafzettel über 40€. Der Föhn war leider auch defekt. Aber sonst alles in Ordnung.
