El lugar ed muy bonito, la limpieza en general bien, pero el baño estaba algo sucio, el personal algo desatento, solo el encargado del bar a lado de la recepción, super amablemente y atento. No hay nada para comer cerca, solo lo del hotel

The location is great but the doors and bathroom had poor maintenance for a hotel that is a 5 stars. The other bad part is they do not allow bring food but with limited items on the menu we had no choice but to eat out of buy food outside. Es un hotel bien cuidado, aislado del bullicio de la Ciudad, con una playa pequeña propia pero lo suficientemente amplia y de bajo oleaje para diversión de toda la familia, rodeado de una exuberante vegetación tropical. Es necesario llegar en auto al hotel y tener buena condición física por sus numerosas escalinatas.

The hotel is OLD and needs a lot of renovations, it’s far from the main road, no easy access, most of the staff are friendly. The room upgrade was only if we would paid additional $75.00 per night.
