I found the Quest on Franklin to be much better than other apartments I have stayed in in Adelaide. The building is new and the rooms are spacious and well equipped.

"We would stay again"
Location was excellent - walking distance to so much, including public transport. Staff were always friendly and willing to help. Mark, in particular, was outstanding and went above and beyond to assist us. Spa and pool area very well maintained and a delight to use the 'tunnels' to get to them. Suite was well equipped and made up well each day. Next time The Finns are in Adelaide, we will be back - thank you.

"Nice hotel close to shopping malls"
The hotel is pretty new and nice. The bedroom and the bathroom are clean and comfortable. Staffs there are very friendly. It is close to shopping malls and not too far away from the Adelaide railway station. For those who want to take day tours, there's a pick-up point just outside the hotel. Very good experience.

"Great inner CBD stay"
Excellent! I cannot speak more highly about the venue or staff. Well worth a visit, roomy bathroom & cosy bed and you're greeted with a snack bag & mini bar at no additional cost. Nespresso coffee was a really nice change from the cremated coffee offered at most other stays. Only minus would be some noise late at night and having to carry your bags down stairs on check out, otherwise was a fabulous stay

"Affordable, Central and Well Appointed"
I had two nights in Adelaide and decided to stay at the Adabco. Despite the unusual name, I was tempted by the boutique facade and nice selection of rooms. I chose a Deluxe King Room. It was well laid out, clean and had plenty of room. The bathroom is small but it was OK. The hotel is actually quite large with a LOT of rooms. The staff are friendly. The only negatives are that the immediate area around the hotel is not that attractive. It is 4 blocks however from Rundle Street and East Terrace so not the end of the world. The room service is limited with no wine.

Pocket Guide: Adelaide Central Business District, Adelaide Apartment Hotels

Surrounded by parkland almost three times the size of Manhattan’s Central Park, Adelaide is spread over 1.6 square kms (0.6 square mile) in a north-south, east-west grid of wide streets and four main squares. The main street, King William, runs from north to south through Victoria Square in the heart of the city. Some 29 parks are dotted within the central business district, and Australia’s most concentrated collection of department stores, boutiques, and specialty shops is located in Rundle Mall, home to more than 800 retailers. The city boasts in excess of 700 restaurants, cafes, and bars, with entire streets – such as Gouger and Rundle – evolving as “eat streets” of al fresco dining and international menus. Adelaide is renowned for its arts and theatre, and is the gateway to some of Australia’s most famous wine-growing regions. Free city-loop buses (“the Connector” and the solar-powered “Tindo”) visit the main tourist attractions.
