I would not have booked the room that I did if I knew it didn’t have a lot of the facilities in the room. No jug or tea coffee facilities, no tv, no fridge and a very small room that you couldn’t even walk around the bed. I use a CPAP matching and I had nowhere to put it to use it. When I asked for a jug and tea, it took quite awhile to get it to my room after they said it would come up nearly straight away. Maybe it needs to be made clearer when choosing a room like I did that it is extremely small with no facilities in it at all.

We landed just after 8 pm very tired and it was convenient to just get straight into bed. The whole area was very clean and the bed comfortable. Downstairs, there was an adequate selection for breakfast. Andrew's pick-up service came straight to the front door. We used it twice already and would use it again.

This hotel was super convenient after arriving at 10pm, it was worth paying more. Very quick check-in/check out. A very short walk from baggage claim.

The room was too small, the bed was the width of the room and you had to climb over the bed to get in. this required alot of effort. there was not bar fridge no coffee or tea making facilities, nowhere to sit comfortably. Very disappointing
