The room was clean. Check in was easy and location was great. The lifts were busy at breakfast time which made for quite the wait to go down, but thankfully a staff member helped us use the service lift to get down after a quick phone call to let reception know 😊

The hotel parking was full at the time and I was told to park at Wilsons parking and I paid full price. The walk was unsafe for families. Homelessness, broken glasses, rubbish was through the arcade to enter this car park daily. I travelled from Victoria to visit family at the children’s hospital so was wanting secure and safe parking which was detailed in the booking.
