On a 3 day stay my room was not serviced once. They said every 2 days. That’s pretty poor

DR Rodney-You had it explained at check-in that due to staff shortages the room would be serviced every 2nd day and if anything was needed in room otherwise you were just to let us know at breakfast. With all due respect your Hotel Room was left in the worst state I have seen in some time.

Excellent location, parking on site, great service, and nice and warm for the winter months. It is a friendly and welcoming place to stay and you have a much more personal experience than if you stayed in a large corporate hotel.

Very friendly staff. On arrival was personally greeted and given a tour of the important features of the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, well appointed and even included hand made biscuits and chocolate fish !

Awesome stay

My fiancé and I spent 4 nights at browns boutique during winter and had the best stay. We were greeted by Peter who gave us a quick tour and showed us to our room. It is an amazingly short walk into the centre of Queenstown which made it easy to pop out for dinner and not worry about driving or parking. The rooms were always warm and clean when we got in from skiing and whether I thought was Peter himself or the people he has managing the property for him we were always welcomed warmly. The breakfasts were also delicious everyday

Very convenient location, warm and friendly hosts.

This was certainly an inspired pick off the internet! Jane and Mike were very welcoming, as was Peter, the owner. Our room and views were delightful and we also enjoyed spending down-time in the lounge room in front of an open fire. When required our hosts gave us friendly advice about local sights and restaurants. Browns is a really fantastic base for a relaxing holiday to savour the delights of Queenstown. Would definitely go back.
