Great stay Riversedge. June 2025

This hotel and the grounds were very clean and welcoming. The employees from the Front desk, to restaurant, to housekeeping were all very friendly. We dined in restaurant 3 meals. (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner.) There were 4 of us , each ordering something different. We were all very full and satisfied. Because we're all retired we take short overnight or 2-3 day getaways. What a surprise to come back to our room after a day sight-seeing and find housekeeping had replenished our towels and emptied our waste baskets.. something very few hotels do if you're only staying a day or two!! The room with king bed was very comfortable. As were the pillows. No tossing or turning to get fomfortable!. balcony view of the Lake was a great way to begin and end our days. This hotel is very short walking distance to the Uncle Sams boat Tours and downtown shops. We even walked to the Pavillion and Park behind the city's hospital no problem. This city and vacation spot of Alexandra Bay is very clean. No graffiti, no trash or litter, and we felt safe the whole time we were there. Highly recommend

It was okay, clean. Perfect location to walk everywhere. We parked the car when we arrived and never got back in until we checked out. The place is pretty out dated, bed was very uncomfortable. For the price of the room i would have expected a comfortable bed. I would not stay there again.

We stayed at the Riveredge resort for 3 nights and found the accommodations comfortable and clean. The resort is located close to the main area of town and right on the water. Many restaurants and boat tours were close enough to walk to. The tiki bar was a nice touch and was enjoyed by many of the travelers. A shout out to Millie who went above and beyond to help me with a room request. Thank you!

Nice pleasant Hotel. The room furniture looked outdated, but can’t beat the convenience and location. The bed is small for two adults, however kids are ok. If you’re a sensitive sleeper I would look elsewhere. If sleeping in an uncomfortable bed is not an issue, then I highly recommend! The pool was good. Loved hot tub with jacuzzi. There are some people saying the pool and jacuzzi was dirty, but I think it’s probably because they’re outdated. The water was clean without a problem.
