We stayed here off season to visit family in the area. We knew there wouldbt be many food options open. They do offer a free grab and go breakfast. There were many choices. We used the pool and spa. The pool was very cold but spa was nice and warm. There definitely needs some updating but overall it was decently priced for March. I wouldn't pay the in season price unless there was a major update. The staff that greated us was very friendly.

Sub par stay

The hotel was hosting a winter event and the staff was juat overwhelmed. They were very pleasant and accommodating but overall the stay was sub par. No towels for pool, dirty common areas (rooms were clean but VERY dated). The outside facade was falling apart and the food was terrible. (We ate right in the hotel)

Because I have bad Arthritis, I had picked you hotel because of the pool and hot tub. I was very disappointed to discover they were both closed. I asked the person checking me in if there would be a discount since those amenities and he stated he didn't know, and I would have to email the manager. I was disappointed with that response. I would think if you work the front desk you would know the answer to that type of question.

The different choices in rooms is interesting and fun but moreso you can see how dated and dirty the hotel is. The pool, while the hot tub is a nice option, is so grimy.

They are very friendly and good service. However the hotel needs updating.. one elevator was broken for weeks. All carpets need to be removed …old. Tiles missing on elevater. Rooms need touch up. Great views ! Good food and service.
