Poor management. Liars. Rude. Checked in fairly late (10pm ish) agter a 8hr drive into town. Normal checkin and the young lady at the front desk was very kind. I was never told about ANY discrepancies from my booking upon checkin. Got up to our room and was greeted by a very pleasanr odor of cigarette smoke (i chose non smoking as per my booking). Called downstairs to the front desk and was told that they were booked solid, that i had to be put in a smoking room and i had to no other options besides having someone coming up and spraying everything down. If you know cigarette smoke, it permeates the walls and carpets and odor spray can not eliminate that smell in a smoking room. Expedia couldnt help thay night and cpulsnt issue a refund until they spoke with management. They did call and talk to the front desk to confirm everything i told them and offered me 25 bucks. Thanks, lol. Next day, they spoke with management and they refused a refund at all. I spoke with management myself to inquire how and why this would happen. How i was not told upon arrival that they couldnt accommodate my booking is beyond me. They should have mentioned that immediately. Id give zero stars if i could. Stay somewhere else and support a business that takes pride in offering customers the best experience they can, and handles miscommunication by their staff appropriately

Wow! Definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is super accommodating and kind and the hotel room is magnificently clean. The bathroom in our room was very clean and well stocked with amenities. They provide mouthwash, makeup wipes and a shower cap. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are eco friendly reusable pumps with adequate amounts in each bottle. Check out is 12pm so you get to sleep late!
