The staff at this property were very professional and helpful. This facility is extremely dated. The carpet was coming up in the hallway and wasn't very clean. The furniture in the room was worn out with frayed material. The hotel has a lot of potential, but I was expecting more for the price

I was there from 8/8 to 8/10 and all I can said is the hotel needs a serious upgrade. There was a lot noticeable patch work all over the hotel that were sloppily done. You want to go cheap on labor you get what you paid for. I been to other Holiday inn Express hotel and I haven’t seen one like this. Let me tell you about the shower in room 312, the shower knob was hard to turn and the water pressure was bad. I turn the shower to cool the water down but it didn’t cool down, the next turn that I made turned off the shower. lol. I know people find it convenient to been close to certain attractions but you if you willing to overlook these things you are more then welcome to stay here. Also the internet suck big time!!! The positives of the hotel were the staff, breakfast and the pool that my grandkids enjoyed. There is a lot of potential for this hotel is they can fixed it up correctly.
