Newer hotel. Overall it was nice. Just little things... No battery cover on the remote. Mattresses were not comfortable (this was expected), wife almost flipped over on the broken desk chair (that was kinda funny) and no freezer in the small fridge. Like I said small things. Again, overall, nice place.

Staffing issues

The room was fine and the breakfast area was fine. The front desk worker was not. There was only one member of staff working on a weekend afternoon right before the holidays and on a graduation weekend. There was no one there when I came to check in and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to finally show up. She said she was new but to have only one person there and it be a new person on a busy weekend was frustrating to say the least. Overall the hotel was fine just needs to be staffed better to accommodate guests better
