The entry way was hot like you stepped into a sauna. There was no staff behind the counter to greet it, you had to call them on a phone. The carpet was dirty and bumpy, our luggage wouldn’t even wheel down the hall. The room was disgusting!! A hideous over powering bleach smell smacked you in the face as you opened the door. It was so hard to breathe instantly with the smell! The beds looked very lumpy like they just threw the comforter back on after others have been in the bed and they pulled the covers up to make it look made. The carpet was disgusting to walk on with shoes, it just felt grungy. Cheap or not DO NOT STAY here. When I checked out right away, the guy was so confused and shocked on everything I was saying.

Property was very run down. Chair had stains all over it desk chair was pealing. No body wash or conditioner for shower. Breakfast was a hot mess. Would not recommend. Should have paid the extra ten dollars and stayed at Hampton. Will never stay at another country inn.

We reserved a suite that was just a few dollars more than a regular room. The amount of extra space was well worth the few extra dollars. There was a very spacious counter top area with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future trips to this area.

Staff and breakfast were great. Pool was nice but the floors around pool area were dirty. Room was ok but bathrooms had no shampoo or bodywash and the tub was dirty.

Rooms were fine, a new desk chair was needed as it looks to have been repaired many times-not a deal breaker. We had a lightbulb out in the bathroom, but was not an issue. We were on the third floor and it was such a hassle to get up the elevator around the whole property.All the way to the end, where we were. Random doors left open all day with the little lock. Which made me nervous. When we went to take showers, there was no body wash in the containers. Having the shampoo conditioner and the bodyWash in the shower is disgusting. I had to ask for my trash to be emptied. Twice before it happened. I requested more towels which took two days. Breakfast was excellent. The pool and whirlpool were excellent. It was great that at least they had little trolleys to take all your stuff in at once. Hardly ever seen a staff unless they were telling me they're cleaning right now.I can't get to your room. Overall, it was pretty much what we paid for. I couldn't afford something real nice, and so we got something that wasn't so nice. I would look at other options before staying here again but i would not say it's out of the option to stay again. The breakfast in hot tub was excellent.
