From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Ricardo, Jayline, Vobina, and Rene were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Each of them brought a warm, welcoming energy that made me feel right at home. A special mention goes to Rene, who truly stood out. He was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but his kindness and genuine care made a lasting impression. He took the time to ensure everything was perfect during my stay, and you could tell he takes great pride in his work. It's rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with such a personal touch, Rene absolutely nailed it. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant, and even the manager made the experience more delightful by warmly greeting me with a smile and engaging conversation. It set the tone from the very beginning, and the great service continued consistently throughout my stay. I honestly can’t wait to return. This team made my trip something special, thank you all for the amazing hospitality!

Since my last stay at this property a couple of years ago, I have to say, what a difference! My last experience wasn't that good but this time it was excellent! The hotel and room were super clean and the staff were very friendly, major improvement!

Very short walk to bus. Took no. 38 and from the station no. 52 train to Central Very quiet and beds were comfortable Only 1 tiny pillow, however on request received another.
