Really surprised this was a 5 star hotel. Not a great experience overall and will probably not be back.
My flight was delayed and i called to let them know i would be arriving a day late which they told me no problem, however they still put me as a no show and had to go through a whole process to reinstate the reservation.
Reception was extremely friendly, but rather slow at the same time. We would find ourselves waiting about 10 minutes or so before even getting called up with only one person before us.
They were out of steamers, which wasn't that big a deal since they had irons, just bummed thay I couldnt use one when they had suggested it for me.
Finally, they did not register that i prepaid with expedia and proceeded to charge me for the entire stay for a second time so now i am down an extra $2500 dollars while i figure out how to get a refund on it.
