Couldn't work out why the sink was draining with the plug in, so took plug out, and about ½ meter of hair and slime came with it. Having a shower left the slippery floor soaked. At breakfast, they regularly ran out of spoons. The bar service person was less than enthusiastic to serve.

Lovely view of the Marina, convenient to downtown and short ride to the Train Station. Professional Staff and nice restaurant on site for buffet breakfast and Pub-style dinners.

The hotel was o.k. i did not like the modern vibe with the low to the ground furniture and the weird staircase seating for work station access. We were only fiven 2 towels and the shower did not drain properly. The restaurant food menu waa very limited.

The hotel is really okay but it’s so noisy ever night with unwanted songs like disco songs could be heard inside our room, plus transportation was hard, no available taxi or bus outside and the train station was like a 25-minute walk with messy road repairs on the way. Really not good for elderly tourists.

Overall convenient stay, close to the ferry which is free to take to the train station - next time I will probably stay in the city centre instead as it was inconvenient to get there at times. Breakfast was very limited and basic, but the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Staff were kind.

Room was clean and very comfortable; fantastic view from the bedroom. No drawers to put clothes but not really an issue. The buffet breakfast was superb - I'm Coeliac but did not go hungry. Neither did my husband who has a normal diet. All the staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was the lunch/dinner offering - very limited and nothing gluten free. Most nights we were in central Amsterdam but as we had an early flight home (for which we were provided a breakfast box), we wanted to eat at the hotel on our last night - my only option was a chicken ceasar salad with no chicken (as it was battered) and no croutons.

Your breakfast facilities are terrible. There really isn't enough room for everyone. The service, i.e. the employees are not up to par, the orange juice was always empty, all we got was water out of it, we had to wait for either cups or plates and when we asked about it we got very rude answers. Good budget stay away from city centre

Good hotel located little bit further from city centre but the metro is 8 min walking distance. I liked the ambiance and atmosphere around the hotel. Room was clean however they do not offer daily room service. For change of towels or to change trash bin you have ask reception which was something that I did not like. But staffs were friendly and accommodating.
