I asked for balloons on the room for a special birthday- they said they would and nothing was done. The room was dirty and I had asked for it to be cleaned loads of times. We had come back from the city one day and someone had gone through our bags. There was loud music playing every night from 11pm- 4 am ! I suffer with anxiety and this made me feel so uncomfortable! The pillows were dirty and they weren’t even pillows just some material stuffed in a pillow case. The bathroom had all hair over the floor and the toilet was dirty. We had people knocking on our doors at 3 in the morning, we couldn’t wait to leave and go home

The staff were great. The room was ok the shower was v poor, and the heating was poor. Maybe if had another room it would have been better? But my stay was only 2 days and i was busy seeing Amsterdam. !!

This hotel has totally misleading advertising policy who present themselves as a 4-star establishment, while in reality it’s no more than a 2-star level. The corridors are dirty, with piles of used laundry on the way to your room. In the room, there are no real mattresses — only toppers that constantly slide off the bed. There is no water, no slippers, and certainly no bathrobes in the room. The toiletries are diluted with water and don’t even foam. The hotel doesn’t have a laundry room as stated in the description. Instead, they offer an expensive third-party courier laundry service. The towels and bed linen are of poor quality and have an unpleasant smell. Bed linen is changed only partially and not every day. I believe this hotel should be removed from listings because it seriously damages the platform’s reputation

Not great

The hotel itself was in a good place in terms of getting near the metro . But was often noisy at night people running around screaming / being sick playing super loud music. The staff were hit and miss either didn’t want to know and very unfriendly or helpful ( which was on lady ) . Also expensive Parking where you couldn’t get out with the ticket provided . Breakfast was bland and unexciting . Bathroom wasn’t clean there was soap scum around the sink and shower with the shower things provided leaking .

Was pleased with the hotel. Room was clean apart from a piece of chewing gum stuck to a lamp shade. Breakfast variety was good. We didn't use the gym there was only a few pieces of equipment. Convenient for metro station 5 minutes walk away to get to Amsterdam Central. Used bar for evening meal once. Food was good, average prices for a hotel. Limited menu. A couple of meals we asked for on the menu weren't available. We had an early checkout at 7am and put a request in the previous day to get an early breakfast which they said they would arrange but when we were checking out they had nothing prepared for us. We were very disappointed at the lack of staff communication.

I was concerned after reading other reviews, but my experience was very positive. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Ziggo Dome arena and it was only a 20 minute, very pleasant stroll to the arena - also convenient for the Johan Cryuff arena for football matches. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. I was on the first floor, overlooking the main road, but the room was really quiet. Internet access was great. I found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also very good in my opinion, with plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet. The area is very commercial and there is a lot of construction ongoing, but I was staying over the weekend, so I can’t comment on noise as a result of building work or traffic noise. As I ate at the arena, prior to the concerts I attended, I cannot comment on the eating options in the area. I would definitely stay at the Ozo again, if I was attending another concert at the Ziggo Dome.

Room nice and clean. Good size. Great location close to Johan Cruijff Arena. A bit unusual was glass walls for toilet and bathroom ( weird actually) Breakfast quite standard but did the job :) Overall good place for good money
